Can you please explain your sprinkler warranty?

Answer

We provide the customer with a two-year labor warranty and a five-year manufacturers parts warranty.  The labor warranty covers any service calls or labor rate charges for repairs to your sprinkler system for workmanship issues or manufacturers defects in materials.  It does not cover damages as a result of misuse, negligence, or intentional damages caused by the customer, acts of God, adjustment of heads, or normal service calls for spring activation, winterization, or back flow testing.  The manufacturers warranty covers any defects or problems with the major components of your sprinler system.  Most all other companies offer only 1 year labor warranty and 2 – 5 years manufacturers warranty.

The only requirement for the warranties is that TurfGuys does the normal yearly maintenance for the duration of the warranties.  Normal yearly maintenance is spring activation, backflow testing, and winterization.

Is your company insured?

Answer

Turfguys is fully insured with liability insurance and workmans compensation insurance.  Certificates are available upon request.

Do you have a showroom?

Answer

Yes.  We have a showroom in the Homeshowcase located at 1696 Country Club Plaza at the corner of Friedens and 94.  Hours are 9am – 8pm daily.  Please call our office at (636) 922-1110 to schedule a personalized appointment or feel free to stop in and browse anytime during normal business hours

Do you cut our lawn on the same day every week?

Answer
Normally yes, barring any mechanical delays or weather delays.

Can you cut our lawn bi-weekly?

Answer

Only upon request but the charge will be higher due to the increased work involved since the grass will obviously be taller.

How often do your specials change?

Answer

We will change our specials at least weekly, however, occasionally we will run one-day specials which will be deeply discounting pricing or specials so please check back often.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer

We accept check, cash, or Visa/Mastercard.

Do you have financing?

Answer

We are currently working with financial institutions to provide our customers with convenient financing terms.  Please call our office for updates.
